AAAES Preferred Aging-in-Place Network

No One Organization Can Do It All

Aging well at home requires a community of trusted professionals working toward the same outcome. The AAAES Preferred Aging-in-Place Network brings those professionals together around one shared purpose: helping older adults live healthier, safer, more independent lives at home.

Why the Network Exists

One trusted relationship instead of a long list of phone calls

Seniors and families are often left to assemble support on their own, calling one professional after another and hoping each one is reliable. The Network exists so that a family already working with AAAES has a trusted place to turn next.

Who Belongs in the Network

The professionals who help seniors age well

AAAES is building relationships across the professions and services that most affect a senior's ability to remain at home.

  • Healthcare and In-Home Care

Physicians, care managers, home health providers, and non-medical care organizations supporting health and daily living.

  • Home Safety and Modification

Contractors and specialists who improve accessibility, reduce fall risk, and make homes work for the long term.

  • Legal and Financial Professionals

Elder law attorneys, estate planners, and financial professionals who protect a senior's interests and resources.

  • Transportation and Mobility

Providers helping older adults stay connected to appointments, family, and community life.

  • Senior Living and Placement Advisors

Professionals who help families understand options and plan honestly for what comes next.

  • Community and Faith-Based Organizations

Local organizations offering programs, education, companionship, and practical support for older adults.

Our Standards

Curated relationships, not a directory

Families deserve more than a list of names. Every Network relationship begins with a conversation and a review against a consistent set of standards, so each introduction reflects the same care AAAES brings to its own work.

Membership is not permanent by default. We revisit relationships as the Network grows.
